If you are not fully satisfied with your Sokoloff Lingerie purchase, it will be a pleasure for us to exchange your items!
Please note that we do not make any refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with the tag on. It must be returned to us within 14 days after delivery.
Not exactly the right size? No problem! We will gladly exchange your item if it is still available online, or give you a online store credit.

Make sure to fill the online return form with your order #, email and exchange options (merchandise credit or exchange).
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, or any duties/tax fees if those applied. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Any additional fees (for ex. tax/duties) will be deducted from your refund.
In case of an exchange, we will ship your new item to you for free.
Depending on where you live, the time for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service so you can be sure that we will receive your returned item.
You are responsible for paying any taxes and duties fees, if those applied.
We take good care of looking at every item that we ship to our customers. However, if one of our products happens to be defective or broken upon reception, please contact us as soon as possible to fully understand our return and exchange procedure. The exchange procedure must be made within 14 days upon reception of your package.
Once we receive the product, we will proceed the exchange as quickly as we can without any fees. In case the item is out-of-stock, we will refund you the same way that you paid.
